Not because it’s heavy
Or required
Or needed
Or expected
Or benefiting
Or enriching or satisfying or…

There’s no because…

I choose to carry this duty of simply being
In awareness
In Truth
Abiding in the holy
Without defining the holy

I choose to wake up
To true nature
To listen
To receive
To purify

I choose to exercise the agency
Not because I am omnipotent, omnipresent, or even in a place of doing
But rather simply allowing access to what already is there
